One of ASEAN’s priority processes is the implementation of Myanmar’s access to ACTS Live Operation, so the ASEAN Secretariat and EU ARISE Plus will implement the ACTS software installation process in 2023. ACTS declaration samples with member countries that have access to the ACTS system were successfully tested and exchanged through the system from 19-2-2024 to 23-2-2024.
Myanmar has not been able to implement the ASEAN Goods Vehicle Cross-Border Permit (AGVCBP) and bank guarantee, but the ACTS system has been prepared in accordance with ASEAN’s priority process, and the ACTS system has been accessed and used by the ASEAN Secretariat.
For the implementation of the ACTS system, the Customs Department issued the ASEAN Goods Vehicle Cross-Border Permit (AGVCBP).
